01

Begin with fit requirements, then browse shoes

A Superbuy shoe spreadsheet is useful for finding candidates, but it cannot choose your size. Start with what you need the shoes to do: everyday walking, occasional wear or a particular outfit. Note the fit problems you already encounter, such as a narrow forefoot or a loose heel. Then browse a small group of listings. A shortlist based on usable measurements is easier to evaluate than a long collection of attractive images with no information about fit.

This guide follows one pair from discovery to the warehouse decision. The goal is to identify the exact size and visible condition before international shipping to Indonesia. It does not authenticate a brand, certify sporting performance or promise comfort from photographs. A familiar logo and a popular spreadsheet row are not substitutes for measurements, a clear listing and a return decision made while the item remains accessible to the seller.

02

Measure both feet consistently

Use the seller's measuring instructions when available. For a basic comparison, measure both feet while standing on a level surface with the socks you expect to wear. Keep the heel position consistent and record length in millimetres or centimetres, stating the unit. Repeat the measurement to catch a misplaced mark. Note any difference between the two feet instead of averaging it away. Also record width concerns, because matching length alone does not establish that the shape will suit you.

Do not automatically add a fixed amount to every measurement. A chart may already include a fit allowance, or it may describe the foot length associated with each option. Adding another allowance without understanding the chart can produce the wrong choice. Compare the seller's explanation with the chart labels. If the relationship is unclear, ask whether the listed number refers to recommended foot length, insole length or another measurement before selecting the size.

03

Read the size chart for the exact listing

Treat EU, UK and US labels as size systems that need interpretation, not interchangeable numbers. A seller may use a conversion table that differs from another listing. Read the chart for the actual model and option you intend to buy, including any distinction between adult and children's sizing. Save the chart with the product URL and date. A generic conversion graphic found elsewhere can help you understand the systems, but it cannot override a seller-specific specification.

Check whether the page includes several models or batches under one title. A chart for the first photograph may not apply to every selectable option. Make a short record containing the option name, size label, relevant measurement and colour. If the product page has no usable measurements, treat that as an unresolved purchase risk. Buying the same nominal size as a previous pair from a different seller is a guess, even when both labels look familiar.

04

Separate foot, insole and outsole measurements

Foot length, insole length and outsole length describe different things. The external sole includes construction that is not usable interior space. An insole may curve at the heel or sit differently inside the shoe. A photograph of an outsole beside a ruler therefore cannot directly establish the foot length the shoe accommodates. Keep every measurement labelled so that a later warehouse photo is compared with the right reference rather than with an unrelated number.

If one measurement determines whether you keep the pair, request that specific measurement and explain the method. For example, ask for a removable insole to be laid flat beside a ruler only if removal is possible without damage and the service permits it. Do not ask staff to force apart a glued component. Even a well-taken ruler photograph has limits from angle and placement. Use it to resolve a meaningful mismatch, not to claim millimetre-perfect fit certainty.

05

Record the option before placing the order

Save the live listing, selected size, colour, quantity and model identifier in one place. Include the size chart and any seller clarification that affected your choice. Write a concise order remark when a translated option name is ambiguous. It is more useful to identify the exact option code than to say that you want the pair shown in a screenshot containing several shoes. Confirm that the price belongs to a complete pair and the chosen variant.

Before paying, review the seller's applicable return conditions and any service warning shown for the order. Do not assume a custom or unusual purchase can be returned simply because an ordinary listing allows it. Keep the first order manageable while you learn the process. Several pairs ordered from incomplete charts create several independent sizing risks; placing them together does not make those uncertainties disappear or guarantee that one parcel will be economical.

06

Inspect both shoes when QC photographs arrive

Begin warehouse QC with identity and quantity. Confirm that the images show a pair, that both shoes have the expected design, and that readable labels match the selected size. Look for mismatched left and right labels or visibly different shapes. Then compare the colour and distinctive construction with the saved listing. Use several angles where available. A small label in an overview image may require a closer photo before it provides reliable evidence.

Move on to visible condition: toe shape, heel alignment, outsole attachment, fastening hardware, obvious tears, stains and damage. Consider whether a mark could be glare or packing debris before drawing a conclusion. A visible concern deserves a specific question, such as a close view of one area from another angle. Standard photos cannot establish hidden materials, long-term sole strength or how the shoe feels on your foot. Keep the conclusion within what the images actually show.

07

Ask for one useful additional view

An additional photo is most helpful when you can name the fact it should reveal. Request readable labels on both shoes, a particular seam, the outsole pattern or a ruler view tied to the seller's chart. Give the order number and identify the side or component. A broad request to check whether the shoes are good leaves the warehouse guessing about your standard. Decide in advance what result would lead you to keep, question or return the pair.

Superbuy's fee page lists optional detailed photographs, with the live service selection controlling the applicable charge. Review that price before ordering the image. More photos do not solve every uncertainty. If your concern is authenticity or performance under running loads, repeated exterior images cannot establish the answer. The appropriate decision may be to avoid that purchase or choose a seller whose product information and terms support your requirements more clearly.

08

Make the box decision before parcel submission

The shoes and their retail box are separate packing decisions. Keeping a box may matter for storage, gifting or protecting a particular structure, but it can add volume. Removing it may reduce bulk while requiring another form of protection. Decide what you need to preserve before asking for any irreversible packaging change. If a return is still being considered, resolve that first and check the applicable packaging requirements rather than discarding useful evidence prematurely.

Compare the packed parcel configurations using actual route conditions. Two shoe boxes may affect chargeable weight differently from one pair packed with flexible clothing. Do not assume box removal produces a fixed saving or that combining everything always costs less. Indonesia destination restrictions and import treatment remain separate checks. A shipping line accepting the parcel is not a guarantee of customs clearance, and a low declared value is not a legitimate way to solve a high budget.

09

Approve with a clear decision record

Make your final warehouse decision from a short record: selected option, saved chart, visible size labels, relevant measurement, condition concerns and packaging choice. Approve only after the decisive visible checks are resolved. If there is a mismatch, report the observable issue with the order number and supporting image before international shipping. Ask about the available remedy and timing. A seller may need to respond, so do not postpone that decision until your planned dispatch day.

Browse the shoe category when you are ready to compare listings, and use the general QC checklist for other product types. The catalog link opens cnfanshp.com for discovery; ordering, payment and warehouse decisions belong in the appropriate service account. Keeping this distinction clear helps you move from a shoe spreadsheet to a documented purchase. The strongest outcome is a pair chosen from understood measurements, checked against its actual order and packed according to its needs.
